| Mr. Peter Au-Yang is a   Director of AsiaSoft and the Managing Director of AsiaSoft Capital   Limited.?
 Prior to joining AsiaSoft,   Mr Au-Yang spent more than 21 years in the financial services sector in the Asia   Pacific region.? Mr Au-Yang joined Wardley Limited, the merchant banking   subsidiary of the HSBC group in 1985 and became a Co-Head of Investment Banking,   Asia Pacific of the HSBC group in 2001.? Between 1985 and 2003 when he left the   HSBC group, he worked on numerous equity capital fund-raising exercises and   M&A projects in the region; in particular, listings on The Stock Exchange of   Hong Kong Limited of companies from Hong Kong as well as Mainland China.?   Examples of major projects which he worked on include the IPO of MTR Corporation   Limited and advising the Hong Kong SAR Government on the demutualization and   merger of the exchanges and clearing houses of Hong Kong and the subsequent   listing of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, the entity formed by the   merger.?
 Between 2003 and 2006, Mr   Au-Yang was an Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the   Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. As the COO of the Commission, Mr   Au-Yang assumed management responsibilities for the following support services   of the Commission: Corporate Communication, Investor Education and   Communication, Commission Secretariat, Finance and Administration, Human   Resources and Information Technology. On top, he assisted the Chairman of the   Commission in the development and maintenance of external relations with the SAR   Government, the Legislative Council, regulatory agencies and professional   bodies. In late 2004, Mr Au-Yang doubled up as the Executive Director in charge   of the Corporate Finance Division of the Commission. In this additional role, he   took up full management responsibility for the Division, including overseeing   all the listing applications and takeover and merger activities in Hong Kong and   matters relating to listed companies and the listing of securities, as well as   policy formulation in relation to statutes and rules governing corporate   affairs, including the Listing Rules.?
 Apart from the HSBC group   and the Securities and Futures Commission, Mr Au-Yang worked for the Swire group   and the Sino Land group which are based in Hong Kong and the RGM group which is   headquartered in Singapore.?
 Mr Au-Yang received his BSc   degree in Business Studies from the University of Bradford in England and his   MSc degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and   Political Science.  back to management team
